This interactive, participant based 75 minute informal workshop will focus on current school based concerns for students with TBI around the globe. Our invited speaker, Juliet Haarbauer-Krupa, Ph.D., Senior Health Scientist/TBI Team at the U.S. National Center for Injury Prevention and Control-Centers for Disease Control and Prevention will open the session to provide an overview of the 2018 Report to Congress: The Management of TBI in Children: Opportunities for Action. Facilitators will then lead 2 focus groups to guide the development of action items/strategies/consensus building to address the following areas of need as they relate to countries around the world:
